• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s degree is an advantage).

• 7–10 years of extensive experience in roads and infrastructure design.

• Proven ability to lead roads and infrastructure design tasks and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D with strong working knowledge of InfraWorks.

• Solid understanding and hands-on application of BIM for Infrastructure workflows, including:

  • Model-based design coordination

  • Development of data-rich models for design, quantity take-offs, and documentation

• Proven experience in the preparation and review of:

  • Detailed design packages

  • Tender drawings and technical specifications

  • Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost-related documents

  • Technical reports and design submissions

• Excellent knowledge of international roads design codes and standards.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior engineers, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with project and company standards.

• Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects and deliver work under tight deadlines.

Added Advantage

• Experience in railway, metro, light rail, or BRT corridor projects.

• Familiarity with rail-related standards and multidisciplinary coordination requirements.
